Refund Policy: Participants canceling on or before March 31, 2025 will receive a full refund of their conference fees less a processing fee. Participants canceling between April 1, 2025 - April 30, 2025 will receive 50% of their conference fees, less a processing fee. No refunds after May 1, 2025.
