Refund Policy: Participants canceling on or before July 31, 2026 will receive a full refund of their conference fees less a processing fee. Participants canceling between August 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026 will receive 50% of their conference fees, less a processing fee. No refunds after September 1, 2026.
